Behati Prinsloo took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce that she and husband Adam Levine are expecting baby no. 2!
“ROUND 2,” the Victoria’s Secret model captioned a photo of herself in a bikini showing off her baby bump. The couple’s first child, daughter Dusty Rose, was born last year in Sept. 2016.
The 28-year-old model opened up to E! News at 2017 Met Gala about motherhood.
“She’s heaven… and she’s sassy!” Prinsloo said, “She says like ‘mama’ [and] ‘dada,’ but I don’t think she knows what it means yet. But there’s a few words.”
Dusty Rose made her public appearance at Levine’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in Feb. 2017. Levine told the audience at the time, “I have a daughter, I have the most beautiful wife in the entire world. I am one of the luckiest people who’s ever lived and it has nothing to do with me. It has to do with the people who love me the most and so, I thank all of those people. I can’t do it individually, but I thank you all.”
A source told ET that the Maroon 5 frontman wants to have a big family. “He and Behati want lots of kids, and they want them close in age,” the source shares. “Adam is over the moon, as is Behati. They are in love with Dusty and can’t wait to make her a big sister.”
“Adam has already been making sure his schedule next year has time to allow for him to take off work and be with the new baby,” the source added.
