As TVLine reports, Jerrika Hinton will be leaving Grey’s Anatomy after Season 13. For the past four seasons, Hinton has played Stephanie Edwards, M.D.
Besides her role in Grey’s, Hinton worked in several other projects recently, including the Shondaland pilot Toast. The rumors say she’s quitting Grey’s because of her work in the upcoming Alan Ball HBO drama, where she will work alongside Holly Hunter and Sosie Bacon.
This currently untitled project tells the story of a multi-racial family with four adult children, one biological and three adopted, and the things that start happening once one of the children starts seeing some peculiar things.
