The Wall is the 11th album published by the British famous band Pink Floyd. It was released in 1979 and hit the #1 on the billboard list on today’s date in 1980, exactly 37 years ago.
This was the last studio album in which David Gilmour played the guitar, Roger Water was on the bass, Richard Wright at the keyboard, and Nick Masson played drums.
The album was adapted into a film named Pink Floyd – The Wall in 1982.
