Even before the Will and Grace comeback started airing, NBC has already announced they are renewing the show for one more season.
Additionally, season one will be expanded from 12 to 16 episodes. Bob Greenblatt, network entertainment chairman, shared the good news with the public Thursday afternoon at the Television Critic Association Summer Press Tour.
He also said that the second season will feature 13 episodes.
Originally, the comeback was supposed to have 10 episodes, before NBC added two more. Apparently, everyone involved believes the ’90s sitcom offers plenty of material for the new episodes.
