The 2018 CMT Music Awards were held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday. The biggest names in country music come together to honor the past year’s greatest music videos and tv performances.
Carrie Underwood made history again when she won her 18th trophy at the show but the big winner for the night was Blake Shelton, winning two awards – Video of the Year and Male Video of the Year.
The Backstreet Boys also won their first CMT award for the Florida Georgia Line-featured version of their classic song, “Everybody.” Dan + Shay, Carly Pearce, Kane Brown and Ludacris, also took home their first CMT trophy.
