Amazon Cancels “The Man in the High Castle” After Four Seasons

The Man in the High Castle spent its entire run providing us with an answer to one question – what the world would be like if the Nazis won World War II? Amazon executives came to conclusion their job is done and decided to cancel the series after four seasons.

Not everything is as bleak as it seems in this alternative reality where we’re still living under totalitarian regime. A young woman sparks a revolution after finding a mysterious film, which shows a reality much like our own and holds the key to toppling the oppressors.

This series premiered on Amazon Prime in 2015 to critical acclaim, and went on to win two Emmys in technical categories. Amazon Studios boss Jennifer Salke thanked everyone working on this series and promised fans will be satisfied with the conclusion they have in store.

“We are incredibly proud of all of the hard work from the massively talented executive producers, cast, crew, and everyone who has worked on The Man in the High Castle over the years. With production ongoing on our fourth and final season, we can’t wait for fans to see how this final chapter in the story unfolds,” said Salke.
