An “American Horror Story” Murder House-Coven Crossover is Confirmed!

Surprise witches! Here comes the crossover we’ve all been waiting for!

Ryan Murphy has confirmed that season eight of American Horror Story will be the highly anticipated Murder House/Coven crossover.

The amazing news for AHS was announced by the co-creator on social media, tweeting, “The Coven/Murder House AHS crossover season won’t be happening next year…because it’s happening THIS YEAR. AHS #8 WITCHES RULE THIS SEPTEMBER.”

This means that the two most popular chapters of the horror anthology Season 1, Murder House, and Season 3, Coven, will be returning and crossing over.

Emma Roberts also took to social media, posting a video of herself looking a lot like her Coven’s character Madison Montgomery, saying, “Surprise, bitch. Bet you thought you’d seen the last of me.”

Confirmed to return to season 8 Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Kathy Bates. Billie Lourd, who first joined the Murphy-verse last year in Cult, is also on board, along with new cast member Joan Collins.

Other details remain scarce, but it is known that Paulson will reprise her Coven character, Cordelia Foxx. One Question remains, which characters should the crossover actors play, Murder House or Coven?
