Amy Schumer and husband Chris Fischer are going to be parents!
Almost eight months after the couple tied the knot in a surprise wedding in Malibu on February 15, 37-year-old Schumer has announced that she is expecting her first child.
The comedian took to Instagram to announced the very exciting. But don’t expect a heartfelt post that’ll make you weep, instead expect a super hilarious announcement! Schumer posted a photo with the heads of herself and her husband badly photoshopped onto the bodies of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are expecting their first child.
The pictures were captioned with a message directing fans to the page of the journalist, Jessica Yellin, who posted Schumer’s recommendations for the upcoming US midterm elections. Those who actually read through the list she that it with these words: “I’m pregnant – Amy Schumer.”
In a statement to The Times, Schumer added, “Chris and I are thrilled and almost positive he’s the father. I look forward to competing with Markle every step of the way.”
