Wedding bells are ringing for Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez after more than a year by each other’s side. The young couple tied the knot this weekend in a “tiny and intimate” ceremony at their home in Montecito, California.
After speculations by several media outlets, Grande’s rep that the couple tied the knot in an exclusive statement shared with People: “They got married. It was tiny and intimate—less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”
The news of their marriage comes only a couple of months after Grande announced the engagement on Instagram. They’ve been dating since January, and real estate agent Gomez proposed to the “Thank U, Next” singer in December, with a gorgeous wedding that featured a lavish diamond and a vintage pearl.
Tying the knot with Gomez is just a cherry on the cake for Grande, who celebrated a number of professional triumphs this year. She recently topped the Billboard Hot 100 with the remix of The Weeknd’s “Save Your Tears”, and won a Grammy for best pop duo/group performance with “Rain on Me”, her duet with Lady Gaga.
