Fans are rejoicing as the highly anticipated Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad crossover is really happening.
The announcement was made Thursday afternoon at Better Call Saul‘s 2018 Comic-Con panel. The cast and producers of both shows, Breaking Bad and its prequel Better Call Saul were there to reminisce and celebrate the series’ 10th anniversary, but also revealed the future of the latter.
During the panel creators, Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould teased that season four of Better Call Saul will include more overlap with Breaking Bad. According to Variety, next season will introduce a character never seen but who Bob Odenkirk’s Saul Goodman references in the first episode in which he appears.
“This season you get to meet Lalo, who is portrayed by a magnificent actor named Tony Dalton,” said Gould. “I think you’re going to see a few familiar faces that you’re going to enjoy. “I know I certainly do,” he added.
