Better Things will return for a fourth season.
FX has officially renewed the comedy series for another season. The series is currently airing its third season, with season four slated for a 2020 debut.

We are thrilled to extend the series for a fourth season and to continue this incredible partnership with Pamela, her creative team and the amazing cast of Better Things.”

Aldon portrays Sam Fox, a single mother and actor who is raising three daughters in Los Angeles. She also And if that wasn’t enough, she also directed all 12 episodes of the current season. Her daughters are played by Mikey Madison, Hannah Alligood, and Olivia Edward.
