Bridgerton shifts between different couples with each chapter, and new romance will bloom in Season 3! Colin and Penelope are at the heart of the show’s next season, and the new trailer sees the sparks fly between them while they try to resist their feeling for each other.
The third season will kick off with Penelope deciding to give up her longtime crush on Colin and take up a husband. She’s looking for someone who’ll give her enough freedom to continue her double life as Lady Whistledown, away from the prying eyes of her family.
Her lack of confidence is the only obstacle standing in her way, but Colin is there to help her out. He tries to win back her friendship by helping her become more confident, but things take an unexpected turn when his lessons start working too well.
Nicola Coughlin and Luke Newton will be back as Penelope and Colin, with Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley, Claudia Jessie, Luke Thompson, Golda Rosheuvel, Adjoa Andoh, and Ruth Gemmell also returning. They’ll be joined by several newcomers to the ton, including Daniel Francis, Sam Phillips, and James Phoon.
The next season of Bridgerton will be split into two chapters – Part 1 will premiere on May 16, while Part 2 will premiere on June 13.
