Cardi B Announces Debut Album

The rising star announced she’s going to drop her debut album soon.

Cardi B finally revealed the title and release date of her first full-length LP, a much-anticipated move after successful singles and two GRAMMY nominations.

Titled Invasion of Privacy, the album is set to drop in only a few days. The rapper took to Instagram to reveal all the details, including the album cover.

“My album cover !!! LADIES AND GENTS! My album INVASION OF PRIVACY will be out next week April 6!!!!!!!❤💪🏾”

The day after the release, she will appear as the musical guest alongside celebrity host Chadwick Boseman on Saturday Night Live.

The rapper already released a trio of hits including “Bodak Yellow,” “Bartier Cardi,” and “MotorSport.” However, when doing the Rolling Stone cover story she did share that releasing a debut album doesn’t come carefree.

“I got six, seven solid songs that I like, but I wonder if a month from now, I’m going to change my mind,” she admitted. “It’s not as fun to do music… My mind doesn’t flow as free ’cause I have so much on my mind.”
