Cardi B conquered the world of music and became one of the most recognizable hip-hop stars in the world, but that apparently isn’t enough. It was announced that she’s getting ready to take over Hollywood with a debut movie role in The Hustlers at Scores.
Cardi B is one of the latest stars to join Constance Wu and Jennifer Lopez in this highly-anticipated project directed by Lorene Scafaria, but she’s not the only one. The cast will also include Lili Reinhart, Keke Palmer, and Julia Stiles.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this dynamic group of women. We’re grateful to have assembled such a powerhouse cast and can’t wait to start filming at the end of the week,” said Scafaria.
The Hustlers at Scores is based on the New York Magazine article from 2016, which tells the story of former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients. It’ll start shooting on March 22, but it’s still unclear when we can expect to see it in the theaters.
