Carrie Underwood Unveils Radiant New Video For “Love Wins”

Carrie Underwood’s fans spent three years waiting for her new album, and the country singer found a perfect way to mark its release. She dropped a music video for her new song “Love Wins,” the second single from her sixth studio album.

The vibrant clip for Underwood’s new song features dozens of joyous and uplifting scenes. It shows a group of people walking in the same direction and ending up covered in rainbow dust, while the singer watches on.

Underwood wanted to send a message of hope and unity with her new single. She hopes “Love Wins” will remind people to celebrate diversity, and accept those who are different.

“We wanted to let people listen to it and think, ‘Hey I want to be nicer to people today. I want to befriend someone that thinks differently than I do.’ We just wanted to provide a message of hope. I feel like we did that, and I do think that Love Wins,” said Underwood.

This is the second single for her upcoming album Cry Pretty. It’s hitting the shelves on September 14, and the three-time Grammy winner is hoping her fans will be satisfied with it as much as she is.

“At this point in my career, I feel stronger and more creative than ever. I think you can hear that in this new album. It’s emotional, it’s soulful, it’s real, and we also have some fun on there too. I hope everyone loves it as much as I have loved making it,” said the singer.
