Expectations are running high for the upcoming animated remake, The Addams Family, and the studio added some fuel to the fire by revealing the names of two songs from the soundtrack, set to feature new songs by Christina Aguilera and Migos.
“My Family” by Migos will see the popular hip-hop trio collaborating with several acclaimed artists – Karol G, Rock Mafia, and Snoop Dogg. This song is set to be released on September 13th, showing us exactly what to expect from this soundtrack.
The second track also set to be featured on this album is titled “Haunted Heart”, and it will be performed by Christina Aguilera. At this point, the song doesn’t have a release date just yet, but it should be out later this month, shortly before the movie hits the theaters.
According to MGM’s Motion Picture Group President, Jonathan Glickman, these two songs perfectly complement their fresh and fun take on this beloved franchise. We’ll see if he was right once The Addams Family finally premieres on October 11th.
