Great news Christina Aguilera fans, a new album is on its way!
After years of waiting, the 37-year-old singer promises, “It’s coming.”
It was actually a fan who got the singer to finally offer some information about a new album five years after the 2012 release of Lotus, her 7th record only to become one of Aguilera’s lowest-selling records.
Aguilera took to Instagram to announce the news to her fans as a response to a creative message sent to her from a fan.
“Dear Christina Aguilera,” the fan wrote using pieces of paper strategically placed on her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. “Where the f–k is the new album?” Aguilera came back with an answer, writing “It’s coming b–ches…” with a bunch of fire emojis.
The Voice judge has been teasing fans with a new album for years now, hopefully this time it’ll stick!
