Hacks is one of the most acclaimed comedy shows airing right now, and its third season is shaping up to be the most amazing one yet. Max announced an impressive list of guest stars joining Season 3, including Helen Hunt, Christina Hendricks, and Christopher Lloyd.

In addition to Hunt (As Good as It Gets), Hendricks (Mad Men), and Lloyd (Back to the Future), the guest-starring lineup of Season 3 will also include Dan Bucatinsky (Marry Me), stand-up comedian George Wallace, and Tony Goldwyn (Scandal).

Hannah Einbinder and the Emmy-winner Jean Smart will return in the lead roles, and they’ll be joined by Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Kaitlin Olson, Christopher McDonald, Mark Indelicato, Rose Abdoo, and Lorenza Izzo, plus Paul W. Downs and Megan Stalter, who’ve recently been promoted to series regulars.

Hacks centers on Ava Daniels, a struggling comedy writer, who’s brought in to help Las Vegas comedy legend Deborah Vance refresh her act. Season 3 will see Ava looking for new opportunities in Los Angeles, while Deborah is enjoying the success of her standup special.

Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky serve as creators and showrunners of this acclaimed, award-winning series, which will return to Max later this spring.
