Congratulations to the now family of four!
Claire Danes and husband Hugh Dancy welcomed their second child on Monday in New York, according to their rep.
The new addition to the family is a baby boy, a brother to the couple’s eldest son, 5-year-old Cyrus Michael Christopher.
The 39-year-old actress officially revealed the pregnancy in April on The Howard Stern Show but opted to keep the sex of the baby a secret. Back then all she said was that she’s “seriously preggo” and “deep into my second trimester.”
The Homeland star also opened up about the difficulties in filming while pregnant.
“You just feel horrible,” she said. “You just feel rotten and you’re not allowed to say why. I was filming quite a lot and just inadvertently falling asleep all the time. It was just embarrassing.”
