An interesting director’s cross over between The Vampire Diaries and Riverdale.
Co-creator and executive producer of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, Julie Pec, will be directing an episode of the Archie Comics passed series Riverdale.
On Sunday night, after picking up a Teen Choice Award, Pec took to social media to break the news twitting: “And by the way, congrats to #Riverdale for dominating the TV awards. I’ll be there directing an episode for them this fall. Very psyched.”
Pec’s announcement concluded a series of tweets thanking fans for the series’ several wins at the Teen Choice Awards.
Fans got no news in regard to when the episode will air or if it will be an episode that will feature a visitor to the town, perhaps Nick St. Clair (Graham Philips), Veronica’s ex-boyfriend.
Riverdale’s second season premieres October 11.
