Comedian Charlie Murphy Dead at 57 After Leukemia Battle

Charles Quinton “Charlie” Murphy, a popular stand-up comedian and actor, has died aged 57 after battling leukemia.

Charlie’s manager informed that the comedian passed away on Wednesday morning in an NYC hospital where he’s been on the chemotherapy. His family is in shock; they believed he was getting better.

Charlie was the older brother to famous Eddy Murphy. He was well-known for starring in Chappelle’s Show, Norbit, The Perfect Holiday, and numerous other movies and shows.
