A new video for “Space Oddity” marks the 50th anniversary of the single.

Fans were treated to a surprise brand new video from Tim Pope. The new clip was uploaded to the late singer’s official website.

The new video for the 10969 hit features never before visuals of Bowie performing at his 50th birthday concert at Madison Square Garden in 1997, per Rolling Stone

The video also “includes footage shot and directed by Eduaord Lock, the founder and choreographer of the Montreal dance troupe La La La Human Steps, for the on screen back drop of Bowie’s 1990 Sound & Vision tour,” the website adds.

The video also marks the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11’s lunar landing; it was premiered at a NASA event at Washington D.C.’s Kennedy Center.
