Demi Lovato helps her friends get engaged!
The 25-year-old singer lent the stage to her friends Rayvon Owen and Shane Britney Crone’s engagement during her concert at The Forum in Inglewood, California on Friday night.
Owen, the American Idol alum was invited to the stage by Lovato, when his partner Corne surprised him, using a trapdoor onstage. Crone took Owen’s hand and proposed in front of the entire audience. Owen said yes, and the adorable duo kissed.
Lovato ran to the newly engaged couple, letting out a very excited “Yay!”
“What some of you don’t know is that these are two of my really close friends and I’ve gotten to watch Shane go through so much and come out on the other side…such a strong person who’s now found the love of his life,” she said. “I’m so happy guys. I’m so f–king happy.”
Following the proposal, Lovato performed her song “Yes” while the engaged couple sat onstage and a video montage of their love story was screened.
