This year’s Billboard Music Awards were all about Drake!
The Canadian rap star walked away with a total of 12 awards at the end of the night and used his acceptance speeches to thank everyone from his collaborators to Arya Stark.
Drake came out victorious in all of the major categories, including top artist, top Billboard 200 album and top Hot 100 artist thanks to his chart-topping double album Scorpion.
“It was a really lengthy album, so it’s a lot of people to mention, but thank you to everybody who gave me their time, their energy, stayed away from their family and friends while we were trying to complete this,” said Drake in his acceptance speech.
His domination of this year’s Billboard Music Awards brought Drake to a career total of 27 BMAs, making him the top award recipient in the history of this ceremony.
