After some heavy speculation, we have finally seen Ed Sheeran on the Game of Thrones. The singer had his debut in season seven premiere on Sunday and he did great.

Sheeran’s character was among the Lannister soldiers who were headed to the Riverlands. Arya Stark was riding through the forest when she stumbled onto them, hearing Sheeran’s character’s singing.

They invited her to join them and offered her food.

Sheeran admitted for ET that there’s been too much hype about his scene in GoT.

“People will just be like, ‘Oh… oh, all right,'” he said, meaning that the audience had higher expectations. “It’s not an integral part of it, at all. I’m just like, in it.”

During the Sunday’s premiere, he was excited to share some photos of himself on the screen.
