Final season of “House of Cards” Will Obliterate “The Reign of the Middle-aged White Man”

The end is here.

A new House of Cards trailer has just dropped, and your jaws will too.

The first official trailer for the show’s final seasons shows shot of the new commander in chief at the reins — Claire Underwood is POTUS and “the reign of the middle-aged white man is over.”

The trailer confirms that Kevin Spacey’s character Frank Underwood has been killed off, but none of that matters as fans of the Netflix political drama finally get to see Claire in action. “Here’s the thing,” she says. “Whatever Frances told you the last five years? Don’t believe a word of it.”

The sixth and last season of HoC has added some A-listers to its cast including Diane Lane and Greg Kinnear. According to Netflix, the new characters “share a vision for the future of America, as well as a complicated past with the Underwoods.” Returning and new cast includes Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson, Constance Zimmer, Derek Cecil, Campbell Scott, and Boris McGiver.

House of Cards premieres November 2 on Netflix.
