John Krasinski gave us one of the best horror movies in recent memory with A Quiet Place, and its sequel is just around the corner.
We finally know what to expect from this highly-anticipated movie, since the first trailer is finally here.
According to the official logline, the second chapter of this terrifying story will see the members of the Abbott family facing the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence, only to realize that the creatures that hunt by sound aren’t the only threat.
The new trailer sees Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe returning to their respective roles from the first movie, and they’re joined by two new cast members. Cillian Murphy (Peaky Blinders) and Djimon Hounsou (Guardians of the Galaxy) will join them as mysterious survivors, but the trailer doesn’t reveal if they’re enemies or friends.
A Quiet Place: Part II is set to premiere on March 20th, with John Krasinski returning to direct.
