After five seasons, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is coming to an end, and we finally know what to expect from the show’s final chapter. Amazon just dropped the first trailer for Season 5 of the acclaimed comedy seers, which shows Midge Maisel going out with a bang.

The final season of the award-winning series will see Midge “finds herself closer than ever to the success she’s dreamed of, only to discover that closer than ever is still so far away.”

After it finally seems she’s on the precipice of success she’s always dreamed of, Midge comes to learn that striving toward fame in the world of stand-up comedy will always be a struggle. “It’s two steps forward, three steps back, and I’m tired of it,” Midge says while discussing her career with her manager Susie Myerson.

Rachel Brosnahan will return to her titular role in the fifth season, and she’ll be joined by Alex Borstein, Michael Zegen, Marin Hinkle, Tony Shalhoub, Kevin Pollak, Caroline Aaron, and Luke Kirby. Reid Scott, Jason Ralph, and Alfie Fuller also star in supporting roles.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel will return for its final season on April 14. Following a three-episode premiere, new episodes will air weekly until the series finale on May 26.
