Gigi Hadid and boyfriend Zayn Malik are expecting their first child together.
The 25-year-old supermodel and the former One Direction band member are pregnant. Hadid confirms the happy news in a pre-recorded interview with Jimmy Fallon, host of The Tonight Show.
The interview opened with Fallon congratulating Hadid “on expecting a baby… the best news ever!”
“Thank you so much,” Hadid said. “Obviously, we wish we could have announced it on our own terms. But we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.”
Sources close to the couple told Entertainment Tonight, “Gigi has kept the secret close to her family and friends for a while as she’s only a few months along. Once Gigi and Zayn got back together at the end of last year, it was like they never skipped a beat and knew what they had was special. The couple and their families are overjoyed.”
Hadid and Malik began dating in November 2015 and got back together by the end of the year.
