“The Good Fight” Casts Michael Sheen

Michael Sheen is joining the cast of The Good Fight.

The Masters of Sex star has been tapped to star as an unscrupulous lawyer for the third season of the law drama.

CBS All Access announced Wednesday that Sheen will play Roland Blum, “a brilliant, charismatic and Machiavellian lawyer… a man of appetites, drugs, sex, you name it, who’s far more interested in winning than the niceties of following the law.”

Sheen joins series regulars Christine Baranski, Cush Jumbo, Rose Leslie, Audra McDonald, Sarah Steele, Michael Boatman, Nyambi Nyambi and Delroy Lindo.

Season Three of The Good Fight is set to premiere in early 2019 and will continue to follow Diane Lockhart (Baranski) as she struggles with the crazy political climate alongside Adrian Boseman (Lindo) and Liz Reddick-Lawrence (McDonald). Lucca Quinn (Jumbo) will try to balance her new baby with a new love while Maia Rindell (Leslie) is set to go head to head with Sheen’s character.

Sheen’s credits include The Queen, Frost/Nixon, and The Twilight franchise.
