Hootie & the Blowfish Announce First Album in 15 Years

The ’90s and early 2000s band has a new album due out this November!

Hootie & the Blowfish fans were blown away after the group announced that they have an album on the way for the first time in 15 years. Darius Rucker, Mark Bryan, Jim Sonefeld, and Dean Felber released their debut album, Cracked Rear View, 25 years ago.

The band is in the midst of a 44-date Group Therapy reunion tour, which is itself a huge success. According to Billboard, just last month, the tour not only brought the band’s best grosses ever but also marked their highest attendance figures.

According to the outlet, Imperfect Circle will be released via Universal’s Capitol Nashville imprint (the same label Rucker has been signed up with as a solo artist for years). The album is due out on November 1, but, much to fans’ delight, you can get early access to the first track off the record on their official website.
