It’s official! Britain’s most eligible bachelor is married!
According to multiple sources, Hugh Grand and Swedish television producer Anna Eberstein have wed in London on Friday. Their nuptials took place just days after their engagement was revealed via an official notice of their marriages was posted on display at the local town hall.
After tying the knot at the Chelsea Register Office, the couple celebrated with friends and family outside of the wedding venue.
The two have been linked romantically for six years and welcomed their first child together, a son, in 2012. A couple of years later they welcomed a daughter and just a few months ago, a third child together, and Grant’s fifth.
News of their third child was accidentally confirmed by Grant’s ex, Elizabeth Hurley.
“I’m very lucky that 31 years into our friendship, he’s still my best friend in the world. He’s a really great guy. I see him a lot; I speak to him a lot. You know, he’s now a father of five; he has five kids and he’s a great dad. Yeah, he will remain my best friend for life,” Hurley said.
On Watch What Happens Live Hurley couldn’t help but joke about Grant having a total of five kids.
“He was over 50 when he spawned them all! He’s an enchanting dad — really, really sweet. Having these kids has transformed him from a very miserable person into a fairly miserable person. It’s improved him. He’s gone up the scale.”
