Looks like there’s another British wedding underway.
Entertainment Tonight reports that 57-year-old actor Hugh Grant and girlfriend, 39-year-old Swedish TV producer Anna Eberstein are set to get married.
The couple has been linked romantically for the past six years, and share three children together, however, a marriage would definitely be a first for Grant.
Should they marry, Grant will go from Britain’s most eligible bachelor to a husband for the very first time. A few years ago during an interview for Howard Stern’s radio show, Grant spoke up about what he really thinks of marriage.
“I can see the lovely aspect if you marry exactly the right person — your best friend and it’s cozy and it’s lovely,” he continued. “But, people make so many mistakes. Do I think human beings are meant to be in 40-year-long monogamous, faithful, relationships? No, No, No. Whoever said they were? Only the Bible or something. “
The couple’s reps have no comment.
