Hulu Renews Marvel’s “Runaways” for a Third Season

Netflex recently cancelled all of their Marvel shows, but it’s nice to see that Hulu isn’t doing the same. This streaming giant just renewed hit show Marvel’s Runaways for Season 3.

Actor James Marsters was the first one to share the news about renewal during an appearance at Lexington Comic & Toy Con. Shortly after he spilled the beans, show-runners and executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage confirmed that rumors are true.

“We are so excited to tell more Runaways stories and are so grateful to Marvel, Hulu, our amazing cast and crew and of course our passionate audience. Season three will be a magical time on Runaways, as we deepen our connection to the Marvel universe,” reads official statement by Schwartz and Savage.

Marvel’s Runaways follows a team of teenagers who band together after learning their parents are super-villains in disguise. Instead of following in their footsteps, they decide to use their powers for good and atone for their parents’ sins. This series premiered on Hulu in 2017, and its third season will consist of 10 brand-new episodes.
