Idris Elba is getting his villain on.
The Luther actor has signed on to the spin-off of The Fast and the Furious.
It was announced in October that a spin-off of the series would be put into production, with Deadpool 2 director, David Leitch, since coming on board to steer the project.
The film is expected to center around the characters of Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, with Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham already attached.
Idris has now joined the cast as the antagonist against whom the special agent and criminal mastermind go up against.
Buckle your seatbelts — Hobbs and Shaw will hit screens on the 26th of July 2019.
