Jennifer Lawrence Spreads Christmas Cheer at Louisville Hospital

It’s been years since Jennifer Lawrence left her hometown to chase her dream of Hollywood stardom, but she still remembers where she came from.

The Oscar winner celebrated another Christmas Eve by giving back – she visited patients at Norton Children’s Hospital in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

This has become somewhat of a holiday tradition for Lawrence, and it’s been reported this is her sixth consecutive Christmas Eve visit to the hospital.

The actress and her family are committed to helping out this institution all year long. Back in 2016, she established the Jennifer Lawrence Foundation Cardiac Intensive Care Unit in Louisville after making a $2 million donation.

According to Louisville’s Marine Toys for Tots Facebook page, the Hunger Games star and her family handed out toys to kids during their latest visit to the cancer ward and pediatric intensive care unit of Norton Children’s Hospital.

It’s really heart-warming to see Lawrence staying true to this amazing tradition, and giving kids something to look forward each and every Christmas Eve. May the odds be ever in her favor!
