Guy Ritchie never had trouble casting A-list stars as leads in his movies, and his next project will be no exception. John Krasinski and Natalie Portman are set to lead Fountain of Youth, Guy Ritchie’s next film about two estranged siblings on a quest to find the key to eternal life.

Fountain of Youth was written by James Vanderbilt (Zodiac), and it centers on two siblings embarking on a global heist to find the mythological fountain of youth. Despite being estranged for years, they must work together and use their knowledge of history to follow clues on an epic adventure that might lead them to immortality.

Fountain of Youth is the latest project developed as a part of Apple’s first-look partnership with Skydance Media, and Ritchie and Krasinski have both been eying it for months. Portman agreed to commit to this project in the wake of Hollywood strikes, which have significantly impacted her schedule.

Fountain of Youth will mark Portman’s first feature film since Todd Haynes’ acclaimed drama May December, also starring Julianne Moore and Charles Melton. As for Krasinski, he recently wrapped up Amazon’s action series Jack Ryan and is getting ready for the release of IF, the fantasy film that he wrote and directed.
