Jonas Brothers Documentary Coming to Amazon

Looks like The Jonas Brothers’ six-year hiatus was just what the musical group needed.

Just days after Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas released their first new music in nearly six years, with an accompanying music video and an announcement of their new album out March 1, multiple outlets confirm that they have teamed up with Amazon Studios on a new documentary.

According to Bustle, the documentary will not only include new music but will also open fans up to the “personal, behind the scenes.” Nick told the outlet, “We wanted to tell our story, where we came from, what happened on our journey back then together.”

“We’re in the best place as family, which is the most important thing,” Nick added. “From there, this music and new chapter have just been incredible.” Kevin said. Joe continued, “It took a lot of time,” he said. “We had to work through and understand what we were going through when we were that young.”

Jennifer Salke, Head of Amazon Studios said in a statement, “Amazon Prime Video is proud to be the exclusive home for a very personal, behind the scenes look at the Jonas Brothers as they reunite for this exciting tour. Experiencing the brothers back together again is the news that everyone hoped for and we can’t wait to share this intimate and compelling documentary special with all of our customers.”
