Jesus In King is officially Kanye West’s ninth consecutive No. 1 album.

The gospel-inspired studio album, which dropped on October 25, has hit the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

The album sold 264,000 equivalent album units in the US in the first week, according to Nielsen Music, with streaming being the majority of that number and the remaining 109,000 in album sales.

Now that West has had nine consecutive peak debuts, he is officially tied with Eminem for the most consecutive No. 1’s on the Billboard 200 charts. His only album to miss the No. 1. spot was 2004’s The College Dropout, which peaked at No. 2.
