Katy Perry never had any trouble surprising her fans, but her music video for the new single “Never Worn White” is her biggest shocker so far. The Grammy-nominated artist used her latest video to share some pretty personal news – her pregnancy with Orlando Bloom.
Perry can be seen wearing a classy white gown and an elaborate dress made out of flowers in the video, but the best thing comes at the very end. The last shot shows the singer in a sheer white ensemble, cradling her baby bump.
Perry has been dating Orlando Bloom since 2016 and the couple got engaged on Valentine’s Day last year. They can’t wait to welcome their first child together, and she explained her decision to announce her pregnancy this way in one of her Instagram stories.
“We’re excited and happy. It’s probably the longest secret I’ve ever had to keep, but I knew I would tell you in the best way. Which is through a piece of music, because that’s how we speak,” said the singer.
