Kristen Schaal, Holland Taylor Join “Bill & Ted Face the Music”

Bill & Ted Face the Music adds two more names to its call sheet.

Kristen Schaal and Holland Taylor have boarded the Dean Parisot helmed forthcoming third installment in the Bill & Ted franchise. Parisot is directing from a script from Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, who penned 1989’s Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and 1991’s Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey.

They join previously announced Alex Winter, Keanu Reeves, William Sadler, Samara Weaving, Brigette Lundy-Paine, Scott Mescudi,  Anthony Carrigan, Beck Bennett, Erinn Hayes, Jayma Mays, Amy Stoch, Hal Landon Jr., and Jillian Bell.

The two will play characters from 700 years in the future with Schaal playing a messenger while Taylor is set to take on the role of The Great Leader, the most powerful person in the universe, according to Variety.

Bill & Ted Face the Music hits theaters August 21, 2020.
