Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott Welcomes Twin Daughters

Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott and her husband, Chris Tyrrell, welcomed twin daughters on Monday morning. The 31-year-old singer posted a cute photo on Instagram of two baby beanies with letters “A” and “B.”

“Our family is thankful and proud to announce the arrival of our precious baby girls,” Scott wrote. “They were born in the early hours of January 29th, 2018 and we can’t wait to share more about them in the days to come.”

“Thank you to everyone who prayed and prayed for these little ladies, and thank you Lord for healthy babies. #twins,” she added.

The couple has a 4-year-old daughter, Eisele, and the singer previously confessed that she had a miscarriage when her eldest was just 2 years old. Scott first announced the pregnancy news in August, sharing several photos along with a video telling Eisele that she’s going to be a big sister to twins in February.

Scott was absent at the Grammys but her bandmates, Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley, were in attendance. Though Lady Antebellum didn’t win any awards, the band was nominated for two Grammys, Best Country Album and Best Country Duo/Group Performance.
