Lady Gaga Announces Two Year Residency in Vegas!

Lady Gaga is heading for The Strip!

The Mother Monster is making her way to Las Vegas and she plans to stay awhile.

The 31-year-old singer-songwriter took to social media to announce that her plans are set and she is going to headline her own residency in Las Vegas’ Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino’s Park Theater.

Gaga wrote on Twitter: “The rumors are true! I will have my own residency at MGM’s Park Theater. Get ready for a brand new show!! It’s been my lifelong dream to be a Las Vegas girl, I’m so overjoyed! LOVE YOU LITTLE MONSTERS WE DID IT, MEET ME IN Las Vegas!! #LasVegasGoesGaga.”

Clad in a pink satin robe and sporting an old Hollywood curls do, Gaga signed on the dotted line making her new gig official. On Instagram she thanked MGM’s executives saying, “Thank you Richard, Bill and Chris for making my dream come true! I was made for this town, and I can’t wait to light up the Park Theater like never before!”

Gaga’s two year run starts December 2018. A press release confirmed that specific dates and ticket information will be announced in the coming months.

“It has been a life-long dream of mine to play Las Vegas” said Gaga in a statement. “I am humbled to be a part of a historical line-up of performers, and to have the honor of creating a new show unlike anything Vegas has ever seen before. I’ll tell you exactly what I told my MGM and Park Theater partners—you can count on this performer always for one thing…I’ll leave my heart on the stage every single night. Thank you to my fans for always believing in me. Meet me in Las Vegas baby, we did it!”
