Lena Dunham-Directed “Industry” Announces Cast

The HBO BBC co-produced drama has finally announced its ensemble cast. 

The cast for the Lena Dunham-directed Industry has been unveiled and includes Myha’la Herrold (The Tattooed Heart), Marisa Abela (Cobra), Harry Lawtey (Marcella), David Jonsson (Deep State), Nabhaan Rizwan (Informer), Freya Mavor (The ABC Murders), Will Tudor (Game of Thrones), Conor Macneill (Death and Nightingales), and Ken Leung (Marvel’s Inhumans).

Per Variety, the banking drama is set in the world of international finance and shows that world through the eyes of ambitious 20-somethings struggling to secure their futures. 

Industry was penned by up-and-coming Brit scribes Mickey Down and Konrad Kay. The show’s eight installments were filmed in London and Cardiff. It is executive produced by Jane Tranter, Lachlan MacKinnon, Ryan Rasmussen, Dunham, Mickey Down, Konrad Kay, and Ben Irving.

Industry is expected to debut sometime next year.
