Ever since NBC canceled Manifest earlier this summer, the show’s passionate fan base went above and beyond to advocate for its continuation at another network. Netflix answered their prayers and announced their decision to conclude the series with the fourth and final season.

Manifest received a Season 4 pickup, set to consist of 20 episodes, but passionate fans weren’t the only ones who made it happen. Ratings also came into play, since this supernatural drama received impressive viewership numbers since debuting on Netflix this June.

According to its official logline, Manifest centers on passengers of a Montego Air Flight 828, who are forced to return to a world that has moved on without them and face strange, new realities after a plane they boarded ends up landing years after takeoff.

Since the NBC cancelation earlier this summer, the Manifest creator Jeff Rake and its cast, which includes Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J. R. Ramirez, and Luna Blaise, have been advocating for the continuation of the show at another network. Some of the stars already confirmed their return, while others are yet to seal the deal with Netflix.
