First Look at Margot Robbie in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”

There’s been a lot of buzz surrounding Margot Robbie’s casting as Sharon Tate in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and it seems Quentin Tarantino made a perfect choice. Oscar-nominee just shared the first photo from the movie set and she’s the spitting image of the late actress.

Robbie posted a snap of her epic transformation, which exceeded everyone’s expectations. Blonde beauty rocked a picture-perfect ‘60s outfit – a black long-sleeved turtleneck, a short white skirt and a pair of white go-go boots. Over a million of Robbie’s followers immediately pressed the like button, and some even had to double check to make sure it’s really her.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is Tarantino’s take on the Manson Family murders. Actress and model Sharon Tate was one of the victims of his notorious cult. She was married to director Roman Polanski and pregnant with their first child at the time of her murder.

There’s been a lot of controversy surrounding Tarantino’s decision to give this case  Hollywood treatment. Tate’s sister Debra wasn’t on board at first but gave her blessing after the famous director reached out to her.

“I’m pleased he reached out. I thought it showed a lot of class and sensitivity to move up the release date. He has done nothing but respects me and be very forthcoming. I have very high hopes for this project,” said Debra Tate.
