Billboard has some big news Monday for the Queen of Christmas Mariah Carey — two and a half decades after the release of her holiday album Merry Christmas in 1994, Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” has finally claimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The multi-award-winning singer took to Twitter following the announcement to share the excitement with her fans writing, “We did it 😭❤️🐑🎄🦋.”
“All I Want For Christmas Is You” previously peaked at No. 3 in 2018 and now it makes Carey’s 19th overall No.1 achievement.
