Marshmello and Bastille Team Up For Star-Studded Music Video

Looking for a music video that will fill your heart with infinite joy in four minutes or less? Marshmello and Bastille got you covered! The video for their song Happier is finally here and it tells a touching tale of two best friends growing up together.

The heartwarming video shows a little girl getting a golden retriever named Mello for her birthday, and perfectly captures the bond the two share. As she grows up and faces hardships, her beloved pet is there to comfort her every step of the way.

The girl is forced to say goodbye to Mello along the way, but she finds the perfect way to keep his legacy alive 20 years later. Her daughter receives the same birthday surprise she once did – an adorable golden retriever, who’ll be there for her when things get tough.

Miranda Cosgrove plays the lead in this stunning video, but she’s not the only star Marshmello and Bastille recruited. The video for Happier also stars the likes of Teala Dunn and Jordyn Jones.

Everyone who’s ever had a furry friend will find something to relate to in this video – including Marshmello, who couldn’t say no once the guys from Bastille sent him the lyrics.

“Recently, I lost my best friend, my companion, my life-long friend. I wanted this video to embrace the pain that we feel losing or sacrificing something and the cycle of life that comes with it,” explained famous music producer.
