After the divorce from Stephen Belafonte, who allegedly abused her for years, Mel B won sole custody of her youngest daughter and a restraining order against him.
As The Guardian reports, the judge issued an order on Monday after Melanie Brown filed a declaration with LA superior court in which she stated that Belafonte abused her physically and emotionally for years. He has allegedly threatened to leak her sex tapes.
The restraining order is temporary; the hearing will be held on April 24.
