We already know that after more than two decades, Sabrina the Teenage Witch is coming back to Netflix, but we have yet to hear what Melissa Joan Hart has to say about it.
Melissa,who portrayed the role of Sabrina Spellman in the original series, opened up about Archie Comics’ upcoming reboot The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina starring Kiernan Shipka.
Melissa spoke with E! News saying that while she’s “not involved in the new Sabrina,” she looks forward to tuning to what she calls a “totally different show.”
“I think what they’re doing is smart, doing the darker version. I think it’s going to be more like Buffy the Vampire Slayer than the Sabrina that most people know.”
With Melissa finding it hard to watch old episodes of Sabrina, saying that “therapy” might be in order before she could do so, perhaps she will enjoy watching the reboot for now!
